Delete your account
You can delete your NeatScore account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Sign in to NeatScore (the Android app or the web app).
- Open the menu (⋮) and choose My account.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.
Your login and profile are deleted immediately. If you are a company owner, this also deletes your company and all of its sites, templates, inspections and photos.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email janitejas50@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your login and user profile.
- If you own the company: the company record, its sites, floors, areas, templates, inspections and photos.
- Your access to any company you were a member of.
What may be kept
Inspection reports you submitted on behalf of another company remain part of that company's business records, because they document work that was actually carried out. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
