What changes between plans
The only real difference is how many buildings you manage. Features stay the same.
Buildings included
Starter covers 3 buildings, Growth covers 15, Pro covers 40, and Enterprise is unlimited. Floors and areas inside a building are always unlimited — a "building" is one site you set up, such as an office tower, hotel, school or food court.
Users
Unlimited on every plan, including Enterprise. There is no per-seat fee at any tier.
Support
Email support on Starter, priority email on Growth, and phone support plus an onboarding call on Pro. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager.
Your own logo on reports
Included from Growth upward, along with priority support.

How does the free trial work?
Create an account and our team approves it, usually within one business day. You then get 7 days with everything included. No credit card required.
Why is there no per-user fee?
Every inspector, cleaner, manager and client should have their own login so reports always show who did what. Charging per seat punishes you for doing that properly, so we don't.
What happens if I don't pay after the trial?
Nothing is deleted. Your reports stay readable and exportable; new inspections pause until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the customer portal. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you already paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up or down takes effect from your next billing period — email us and we'll handle it.
Do you charge tax?
Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address. You can add a tax ID (such as a GST/HST number) during payment.
