Billing & invoices
Update your card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel. Sign in with the email you used at checkout; Stripe sends you a one-time code.
Add or remove users
Need more users? Email us and we will adjust your subscription the same day. Buildings are unlimited and client logins are free.
Company settings
Logo, contact details and the note printed on every report. Owners find these in the NeatScore app under More → Company settings.
Team & client access
