How pricing works
One base price, then pay per extra user
Your price depends only on how many people are on your team: 3 users are included, then each extra user is $25. Every feature and every building is included, and client logins are free.
How is my price worked out?
The base price is $149 a month and includes 3 users. Each additional user adds $25 a month. For example, 5 users cost $199 a month and 10 users cost $324.
What does “1 month free” on yearly mean?
If you pay yearly, your first year costs the same as 11 months. After that, yearly plans renew at the regular 12-month price.
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who signs in: the owner, managers, supervisors, inspectors and cleaners. Client logins are free and unlimited. Buildings, floors and areas are unlimited too.
Who is billed?
Your team: owner, managers, supervisors, inspectors and cleaners. Clients get their own login at no extra cost.
Adding or removing users
Add a user any time and you're billed for it from then on. Remove one and it comes off your next bill. Email us and we'll adjust it the same day. Buildings are unlimited.

How does the free trial work?

Can you set everything up for me?
Yes, for free. Email your building list and the checklist you use today, and we'll set up your sites, areas and templates within 48 hours.
Why do you charge for extra users?
Every person on your team has their own login, so reports and work orders always show who did what, and each person only sees the buildings you give them. You pay for the people who use NeatScore, and clients and buildings are free.
What happens if I don't pay after the trial?
Nothing is deleted. Your reports stay readable and exportable; new inspections pause until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal (Your account → Billing & invoices). Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you already paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes. Add or remove users any time - email us and we'll adjust your subscription the same day. Buildings are unlimited, so you never need to ask for those.
Do you charge tax?
Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address. You can add a tax ID (such as a GST/HST number) during payment.
